Shipping and Delivery 

We deliver all over Europe. The delivery time is estimated at check out. Please notice that it's an estimate, the delivery can take a few days longer if something unexpected happens.

Please note that orders shipped to the United States and Canada may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, local taxes and customs fees. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse to pay these charges and the parcel is returned to us, any shipping costs, customs charges and return fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number of your order by email. 

Don't forget to add your email and phone number in order to receive notifications regarding your shipment.

If your order is delivered to a Service point you need to pick it up within 7 days. If you don't have the possibility to pick it up within that time frame, please contact us at order@gun-ana.com.

If the parcel has not been collected and is returned to us from the service point, we reserve the right to charge a service fee of 250 sek (25 Euros). 

Please note, that you are responsible for the products after delivery. Should the packaging be damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us at order@gun-ana.com as soon as you receive your package. 

 If your order consists of several products, we retain the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries kan be necessary, if certain products are delayed or not in stock at the time of your order. You will be informed if it is necessary to make separate deliveries. You will not be charged additional delivery costs in this case.
