We deliver all over Europe. The delivery time is estimated at check out. Please notice that it's an estimate, the delivery can take a few days longer if something unexpected happens.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking number of your order by email.

Don't forget to add your email and phone number in order to receive notifications regarding your shipment.

If your order is delivered to a Service point you need to pick it up within 7 days. If you don't have the possibility to pick it up within that time frame, please contact us at order@gun-ana.com.

If the parcel has not been collected and is returned to us from the service point, we reserve the right to charge a service fee of 250 sek (25 Euros).

Please note, that you are responsible for the products after delivery. Should the packaging be damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us at order@gun-ana.com as soon as you receive your package.

If your order consists of several products, we retain the right to make separate deliveries. How to use

Cleanse with Reset Cleansing Balm: massage onto damp or dry skin, add water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Apply Protective Face Mist after cleansing or for extra hydration during the day. Apply Face Cream SPF 50 generously to face and neck. Reapply every 2 hours during sun exposure. Over-exposure to the sun can cause a serious health threat.
